The Tonquin Employment Area Concept Plan is now being reviewed by the City’s Planning Commission.  The next public hearing is Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 7 PM at Sherwood City Hall.  To review the staff report and submitted documents, please click here.

The TEA Concept Plan was reviewed by the Planning Commission at  a public hearing on July 13, 2010. To review the July 13, 2010 Planning Commission packet  click here. The public hearing was continued to August 10, 2010.

The City of Sherwood is in the process of concept planning the Tonquin Employment Area, approximately 300 acres of land east of the current City limits. The land was brought into the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) as employment/industrial land in 2004. The public is welcome to attend all Stakeholder Advisory Committee meetings.
