The city is transitioning from bi-monthly billing (every other month) to monthly billings; however, the first city issued bill for some Sherwood residents has been delayed so that city staff can ensure the new utility billing system generates accurate utility bills. Some residents may notice a billing frequency greater or less than a thirty day billing cycle during the transition to City of Sherwood Utility Billing. Beginning in October the billing fre-quency will be monthly for all customers.

Please verify that your contact information on your bill is correct. Note any changes on your bill, or call 503-925-2315 or email utilitybilling@ci.sherwood.or.us and we will correct that information immediately.
Payment Options
Online Bill Pay: This payment option allows you to make payments from our new website.
ACH: This method allows the City of Sherwood to automatically withdraw payment for utility bills from your bank account and eliminates worry of paying your bill on time.
Mail: Send a check or money order in the enclosed envelope with the bottom portion of your bill. Make checks payable to the City of Sherwood. Mail to: 15527 SW Willamette St, Sherwood OR 97140.
Drop Box: Drop boxes are located at City Hall, 22560 SW Pine St and the Public Works Building at 15527 SW Willamette St . Place your check or money order in an envelope and include your stub with payment. Please do not place cash in the drop box. Payments placed in the drop box will be applied to your account on the next business day.

In Person: We accept cash, check, money order, Visa/MasterCard in person at 15527 SW Willamette St.
